Landlord/family issues

So we rent a trailer from my husbands grandma and she thinks that just because she owns it and is renting to her grandson that she can inspect it without us there or without giving any notice.

My husband came home today and told me that she told him she went to inspect when we were not home and said it was a mess and we needed to clean it up (I try to clean it every day I have off). Which irritated us both because we were GONE and did not know she was going to come in and she didnt tell us until after she did it.

Part of me feels like shes on ILLEGAL grounds because once again, she entered the home we rent without notifying us, but im not sure.
