TMI: ITCHY LIPS. HELP ASAP

what does it mean if I’m itchy down there with no smell no discharge? Just my inner lips are so so itchy. I’ve used boric acid and that helped but it still itches sometimes. Wtf... can someone tell me what this could mean for me...

I have been feeling this itch come and go since one hookup last year and I never got tested because it just comes and goes randomly and it’s not unbearable . But I also cut myself by accident while shaving so my lips are ripped like a literal roast beef and it hurts. So is that why I’m itchy and sore ?? It’s bad like I accidentally made more flaps when I cut myself 😣 is this why?
