Braxton hicks?

So I’m 27 weeks and for the past 3 hours my belly keeps getting very tight and hurts. I know people say Braxton Hicks don’t hurt but mine def are. Is it normal? Baby is kicking up a storm too. I’m in a ton of pain

From my own experience the more dehydrated I am the more Braxton Hicks hurt. It feels like a really uncomfortably tight hug around my belly. I get them all of the time but they are actually painful when I need to drink more water.

My Braxton Hicks almost always hurt. I get them when I walk too much or move in an awkward position. Definitely try to relax and drink some water. Hopefully they go away!

Yes Braxton Hicks can hurt I had two last night that woke me out of my sleep I had an appointment today my doctor said it was too early for them to be waking me out of my sleep (I'm 26wks) and that as long as there were not in the same hour and no more then two I was fine any more then three within an hour contact the office or go to the ER if they get worse but to drink water lay down and stay hydrated
