Skin experts please help!!

Hi everyone,

I've fought acne for the longest time now and I'm just managing to clear it. However my forehead is filled with very tiny pimples in my forehead making it the only place that is not as smooth as the rest. I've tried googling and researching but it seems it's either I cant seem to find anything on it or I just dont know how to explain myself. Kindly take a picture below to see what i mean. I'd greatly appreciate any help or explanation on what this is.
