Anyone else having a sharp pinching cramp?

I am 5 weeks today! I don’t cramp a whole lot but mostly at night and randomly during the day! They’re never bad cramps.. just mild discomfort ... like a gassy feeling almost.. however tonight I feel some sharp pinching cramps right in the center of my uterus! They’re not terrible and not constant but I just wondered if anyone else has felt this!

I’m also still getting some clear/yellowish discharge, which sends me running to the bathroom thinking I have started hundreds of times a day!
