Weird body

Ok so I’m still a virgin so i know this might sound dumb but me and my boyfriend pretty much do everything but sex, I’m not ready to take the final step though because I’m super paranoid about pregnancy and not ready for that intimacy and I’m not on bc rn. I was before but it made my anxiety worse so I’ve been off for like 4 months. Ever since I’ve been off I’m constantly in pain. Pelvic pain and cramping and I’m not having sex but I’ve even taken tests to be absolutely sure and they’re all negative and my periods have been on time i went to my gyn yesterday and he’s putting me back on bc and I’m going to get screened for endo. I’m a few days from ovulation and I’m in my fertile week but my lower abdomen hurts so bad like above my vagina and below my belly button and the worst thing that happened is maybe my bf touched me w a little precum on his hand but he used hand sanitizer first would that cause this pain?? Or is something else goin on
