Do you feel your ovulation?

Every month during the time of ovulation I feel cramps in my lower stomach. It usually lasts for about 30 minutes.

Yep. Every. Single. Month. When I'm not on a contraceptive. I always know which ovary I ovulate from because I'll feel the sharp twinges on that side. They are honestly so much worse than period pain for me. I'm on the pill now to prevent ovulation pain (because it obviously prevents ovulation). But when we were ttc, I was always hoping it happened quick! Haha.

Yep. Almost every time I ovulate. It’s usually a lingering pain that radiates from one of my hips, down into my thigh. And 14 days after, I always start my period.
