Questions?

So I was wondering. On the opening of my vaginal I have what looks like bumps of skin like skin tags on the very bottom of the opening hole like right at the perineum and I was wondering if it’s normal to have skin tags there. They also go inside barely. But I’m 23 and have not had vaginal sex yet or anything in there so it’s not an STD I was just wondering. It’s like maybe 3.
