Toddler stomach bug

Has anyone’s toddler had a stomach bug before? My almost 20 month has been puking since yesterday. She doesn’t have a fever, acts completely normal, but is puking. (She plays, pukes, then continues playing like nothing has happened...it’s kind of odd). We’ve just been trying to keep her hydrated. Curious if any other toddlers have had a stomach bug before and how long it lasted?
