Tubes tied?!

Hey momma’s! I’m scheduled to have a c section when I deliver my daughter but also have my tubes tied at the same time. I had a c section with my first and the pain wasn’t unbearable just uncomfortable? Has anyone else had brutal experiences after their second c section? The doctor said I might feel more discomfort this time and it has me a little more shook then it should lol

I have had two c sections and my first one was super easy my second one was even better. Maybe it’s because you are getting your tubes tied he said that? But I have read a lot of women say they didn’t notice anything related to their tubes being tied after the c section. I am having another c section in a few weeks and am thinking about getting my tubes tied as well.

I had my 3rd c section 8 weeks ago and had my tubes tied. It was a bit uncomfortable. But I was up and doing things about a week later with no help.

My second was fine, probably a little bit easier than my first, but that might be related to the fact that my preeclampsia wasn’t as bad the second time.

I had a second csection two weeks ago and had my tubes removed at the same time. Recovery has been basically the same, but I was in a little extra pain for about four days.. now I can move around fine and have some discomfort like normal.. I find that I just have to be extra cautious about resting and laying down when I need to.. which is a little easier said than done with my 4 year old at home too. Lol

My second csection definitely was more difficult. My baby was born early so she had to go straight to the nicu, but I remember thinking when I got home how do moms do this when they have a new born. I recovered without my baby being home and it was still hard.

I had a c-section with tubal ligation eight weeks ago. I don’t have a previous birth or c-section to compare to, but recovery was way better than I expected it to be. Felt pretty good mobility wise as soon as I’d been home for about 24 hours. Couldn’t walk much I. The hospital bc hallways were off limits due to COVID but once I was home and could get active, I felt far better than expected, even with the tubal.
