When were you cleared for normal activity?

I’m 5 weeks pp and I had to move my 6-week pp appointment until 7 weeks. I’m just curious when you usually get cleared to lift heavy objects (like a 40lb child), scrub the floors on my hands and knees, vacuum, run, twist, etc? I feel okay now and I’ve been vacuuming a bit (even though dr told me to wait until 6 weeks), but I’m wondering if there’s a magic number to be cleared or if it depends on each person?
