Side dish for a block party?

One of my husband's friends is having a block party tomorrow and invited us. I guess my husband skimmed the invite and just realized we are supposed to bring a side.

It's just after midnight now. I will have to go to the store in the morning and have something ready before noon.

I don't want to buy anything that is pre-made at the store. I want to actually make something, but it needs to be super quick and easy. And able to sit outside.
