Green booboo

hi mommy's , so my 4month old baby has diarrhea kinda 3 times , from yesterday morning till today but she has a fever 99.0-100.3-100.7 , I notice she chokes on her saliva a little bit but " no runny nose no water eyes no sneezing no nothing.. besides fever a lil bit of diarrhea, her pee is starting to smell a lil bit stronger than usual , and is fuzzy during the day and sleeps for 5 mins but once we go to sleep she's sleeps from 9:30pm-10:00pm till 10in the morning . i called the ieph hot line and they said she's dehydrated . mommy's can I have a little advice ? please

I posted this 2 days ago but is this normal or what ?
