Birth defects

I got the AFP test done today, also had an ultrasound and they said baby was measuring small. I’m supposed to be 20 weeks and 2 days but was measuring at 18 weeks and 4 or 5 days, and they said they saw a spot on baby’s liver (I think it was the liver) which they also said usually resolves on its own but I think it worried them that baby is smaller than it should be. This was my first ultrasound because I was supposed to be moving so I was trying to wait but it’s taking way longer than expected. This is my first baby so I’m just a little worried, I guess I’m wondering if there’s anyone else with babies already that had both of those things happen and everything turn out normal. Everything else seemed to be fine but they couldn’t see all the chambers of the heart since I’m technically 18 weeks. And I know I should just wait for the results but I’m gonna sit here and worry like crazy until then
