Work out issues!!!!help please... Anyone???



So I have tried a few times on my own to work out to get fit but when I start, I tend not to be able to finish a month program

I think the highest I have done is a two weeks program

I don’t know how to go about it

Consistency in this part of my life is not going well at all

Please I need you guys to help me I am quite loosing it here

Don’t know how but I seriously do need the help
