What type of rash

My soon started getting what the doctor called baby acne on his face, but now it's all over. Could it be baby acne or is it something else? Calling doctor in am but has anyone's little one have this and it be just acne?

This looks like something from heat. Does baby lay on you skin on skin. I think bacteria from sweat? That’s what it looks like to me

My baby had it on his face, head, chest, & neck. It’s been about 1 1/2 weeks & it’s almost cleared up
