Horrible hemorrhoids 🙈

I developed a hemorrhoid with my first pregnancy but it never bothered me much. I just gave birth to my second baby and oh my god. I have 2 external hemorrhoids now that are big and so painful. They bleed when I go to the bathroom and I've had to start wearing pads again because they bleed even when I'm not going to the bathroom. The soonest Dr appointment I could get is 2 weeks from now. 😫

My question to you all is this: has anyone else had this and had them get better on their own? The thought of having removal surgery with a toddler and a newborn at home is freaking me out but I don't see how else these awful things are going to go away.
