Is it ok for baby to sleep on stomach with supervision ?

As in I lay her on her stomach on my bed or something to nap during the day while I am awake and with her

I did with all 3 of mine. Just make sure nothing is near her face and keep an eye on her. It wasn't that long ago that our parents were told to only let us sleep on our tummies, and we survived.

I think it's fine as long as you're watching. I would personally avoid letting them nap on your bed as babies are supposed to sleep on firm mattresses and your own is likely too soft, which puts baby at risk. When my son was little he napped in a bassinet or his own bed when he was napping on me.

I personally wouldn’t if it’s going to be a long nap, but maybe for a short nap. 
If you’re watching them very close it’s probably ok, but whatever you’re comfortable with…. Back is always going to be safest.
