Wanted to loose 10 pounds by end of june
I posted here a few weeks ago asking for advice to loose 10 pounds before end of June. I took everyone’s advice. I started eating small meals through the day. I quit fasting. I have only been drinking water- 2 to 3 16oz bottles a day. I have been trying to do light exercise through the week.
NOTHING IS HELPING. I’ve been a steady 150 and the scale has not budged. I feel like my shorts may fit a little looser but I still feel like the same size I’ve been when I look in the mirror.
Idk what else to do 😖
