Incredibly frustrated

Idk where else to post this 🥺 but my blood test today was negative and I’m so confused and frustrated I got no explanation she called verified who I was and was like “your serum test was negative and you have low iron take a iron supplement do you want to retake you test in 10 days” I was bawling and she goes “you can just get back with us have a good day” HAVE A GOOD DAY 🤬🤬 are you serious!?!? We are military (if you are familiar it’s Tricare prime so I can’t just pick a doctor I have to be referred) I don’t have any options to just go elsewhere I’m so lost and confused
