9 weeks with what we pray is our rainbow baby after miscarrying in the fall. Had some brown spotting this week and fell apart thinking we were losing another baby, but got to see baby on the ultrasound! HR was 170, and measuring a few days small, do we think this means it might be a baby girl? 🥺💞
