To have or not to have a second one at 38

Thoughts on working moms having a second child at 38? Had my first at 36 (lucked out at having an almost effortless uncomplicated pregnancy) and that’s taken a toll on my work, my energy levels and at times made me very anxious just moving into the role of a mother from a high-level corporate role. I would love to grow the family but it’s very daunting when I think of the responsibilities that go into raising another kid. My daughters school won’t open for another 6 months at least due to the pandemic and we have no good help at home so the odds are stacked a bit against us at the moment.
