Should I be worried about my ultrasound

So today I went in to have an early ultrasound to ease my fears, because last October I had a blighted ovum...at 6weeks I was

measuring 5 & only a gestational sac was seen. Well this time I’m measuring 5+6, which is exactly where I should be to a “ T”

She saw a gestational sac, yolk sac and looking really closely was able to see the baby in there...for a second we saw a flickering like a heartbeat, but she said next week she’d id able to see it better...should I be worried still???
