Positive BV& chlamydia test!

The outside of my vulva is so sore and dry right now and idk what to do anymore I’m on medication for the chlamydia (twice a day morning & afternoon) & BV (every 12 hours) the DR told me to take and said i would feel relaxed down there from discomfort in 3 days but still continue to take the medicine... I’ve been on the BV medication since May 31st and chlamydia this Thursday June 2nd or 3rd.

I tried to tell them this isnt the first time I had something happen like this happened last year but it was a regular yeast infection I ended up getting it from being so close to a small heater and I got real hot and sweaty! I did again back in May this year & I ended up doing the same thing like a dummy and it started going away but as I feeling really better my mom ended up turning the heat on at night because she cold and my vent is on my ceiling over my bed and my room gets hot & cold really fast and I was tucked under my covers and I woke up hot and my lady area started flaring up . I’ve been trying to wear loose clothing (but my job doesn’t really wanna meet me in between) and cotton underwear but it makes me more discomforted and I’ve using ice packs I have no pain or comfort while peeing, my discharge was oderless, cottage white cheese and then my discharge swiffted back to to a clear milky white outcome no Oder

I’m just asking what can I soothe down there and if I can I have an infection that mimics chlamydia and get a positive? Both my partners we get tested together and neither of them got it and they’re the only two I have sex with ?
