Friend likes to get “high” from progesterone. Should I be worried

My bestie takes progesterone for about 5 months and the first time she took it she got super dizzy and it knocked her out. Shortly after she would lay in bed and take it and watch movies and it would give her a buzz feeling and she’s draw or paint. Her ability was slightly impaired like definitely no heavy lifting but she’d still function and just lay around creating. She started taking it then going straight to bed and the other day she said how she misses how creative it made her. So she’s over and she took it then stayed up and was drawing on the iPad. She doesn’t drink and rarely smokes weed anymore but as long as she isn’t moving around she bypasses the dizzy feeling and just gets a little buzz then gets super tired and goes to sleep. Should I be worried?
