Second pregnancy

I’m four weeks an four day my breast are extremely sore I have night nausea I really can’t lay on left side because it’s uncomfortable I’m very moody pregnancy brain is already hitting me I don’t feel pregnant right now but I know it’s coming this one is so different than my first pregnancy
