Hcg levels

Has anyone’s hcg levels dropped before and still had a healthy pregnancy ? The first time I tested positive was at 3 week, which I also had confirmation as well. On June 1st my hcg levels dropped from 561 to 187 over a span of 4 days. I would’ve been exactly 5 weeks when I found out about the drop. I’m currently bleeding with no cramping, I did have some clots on the first day. I’m assuming I’m having a miscarriage but my pregnancy symptoms are getting worse, shouldn’t they be getting better as my hcg levels drop? I’m going for another hcg test soon. I just wanted to know if anyone else has been in a situation like this but still was pregnant
