Ectopic pregnancy...anyone?

I did Letrozole 7.5mg and hcg shot (4th round) At 5 weeks pregnant I started spotting and then I was passing big clots...no pain at that time. I was seen at the ER since it’s the weekend. They told me it’s most likely a ectopic pregnancy since they don’t see anything in the uterus. I will be going back tomorrow for more blood work to confirm that it is a ectopic. They also said maybe it’s still early for anything to show on the ultrasound. But my hcg level was 371 on Wednesday and yesterday it was at 275....so pretty sure it’s a miscarriage. Has anyone experienced this? So heartbroken ☹️🥺😢 has this happened to anyone with Letrozole and hcg shot?
