Do you think men naturally have a desire to have more than one sexual partner?
Do you think there are more men or more women who want multiple partners? 
Not in their lifetime but at the same time. Like polygamy or someone cheating on their partner, etc.

Absolutes are never true. There are no blanket statements for men or women like that. 
I think men are more conditioned to view sex in a certain way than women, so if you polled them, you might find more men who want multiple partners than women, but again, this is social conditioning based on gender roles and sexism 🤷🏼‍♀️

Maybe it’s because I’m not that social, but I dont understand why someone wants to be around that many people at the same time. No shame to people that do have multiple partners at the same time. I don’t think I could fairly give love and attention to more than one person.

Humans in general are not always monogamous. It has less to do with sex and more to do with the variety of sexuality and preferences. The amount of men vs women who are polygamous is likely about even.

Ok. I've done some reading on this subject.
Firstly, you can't generalize a whole gender. 
Secondly, there's a theory called 'sperm competition' in sexology. I personally believe it because the evidence is glaring. 
Basically, it states that because of the comparatively large size of a human males reproductive organs, and the necessity of having the testes outside of the body, and the sheer amount of sperm produced (along with a ton of other features that our monogamous Gibbion ancestors dont reflect- [also, the Gibbon is a very VERY distant ancestor from us. And I mean VERY. Gibbons are also the ONLY monogamous primate. We share most of our DNA and social patterns with Chimps and Bonobos, with Bonobo DNA being the most, which are both notoriously non-monogamous species])
So according to research, I believe we are a non-monogamous species by nature (women included here), that can be monogamous, but we aren't too good at it sometimes. Mostly due to biology but also the individual. 
Monogamy is essentially a social construct that really appeared around the advent of agriculture. There are many reasons for this but I wont go into detail.
Also see: the social invention of the concept of 'paternity', the social invention of the concept of a woman selectively breeding and with only one partner (which gives less chance of genetic variation and immune health for the offspring- also generally lowers production of the fertile population over time).
So I think there are a lot of social constructs that go against our biology, but who's to say which is better for humanity.

I am starting to become very accepting and understanding of polyamory and ethical non-monogamous relationships. It has nothing to do with men, women, or non-binary individuals. It’s neither natural or unnatural. It’s just what some people believe is the best path in life.

No, but I do a lot of men are raised to believe that sort of thing. I'm not saying their parents teach them that, I'm saying it's put in their heads subtly in the social media, TV content and social situations boy are exposed to. 
It's like a self fulfilled prophecy sometimes.

I feel like it's complicated, I think most people are at least slightly polyamourous, and some are more monogamous, 
I don't think gender really makes a big difference at all, except due to social pressure.
I don't know exactly how it feels to be a man, but I've been close to many, and a lot of them subscribe pretty strongly to monogamy, often due to religion or beliefs about the nature of love, or to make sure their partner only sleeps with them for a variety of reasons, like fear or insecurity are extremely common. 
I've had the conversation a lot because I am polyamourous by nature, and would prefer to have multiple partners (sexual, emotional & intellectual connections with these partners.) 
But I am able to play by monogamous rules pretty easily. I just don't believe love is contained so easily to one person, my partner knows.
My partner wants to be polyamourous, but is sorting through mental health things which would make that a bad idea for the relationship. (They idealize too intensely and would leave me, and is unable to cope with jealousy reasonably at the moment.) But yes, my partner would want multiple sexual partners, I gather, not just for sex- that is not interesting to either one of us. 
We both aren't interested in hook ups and casual sex, only deeper connections, but yeah the sex with that too would be great lol.
But I don't mind being monogamous, for now or for however long. I just like the honesty. I love my partner very much. 
So, I think it's natural for a lot of people to want multiple partners, but it's also highly stigmatized. Especially for women. 
But I think a lot of men at least try to be monogamous and adhere to the cultural standard to some degree. 
It seems like, there is a minority of people who can't, from seeing what people say in the polyam community. 
So I think a majority of people can perform monogamy, but that doesn't necessarily mean it is their natural preference.

I am obsessed with the Seeking Sister Wives show on TLC. I don't even watch tv, so it's my guilty pleasure. When I watch it I often wonder why it's always the men that need all these wives. Why don't women need three husbands? Is it bc of having other mens children? Maybe it wouldn't fly with guys? I know it probably exists, but it's definitely not as often.
