TTC #1 FRUSTRATING

So here I am totally frustrated. I’m 33 and have had pcos since i was 19. Always have had super irregular periods, however always were regular on nuvaring (obviously). I did not have a period for a year and it took four rounds of provera to make it start. Since then still have not had another period. We’ve done labs- nothing is super abnormal. No insulin resistance. No thyroid issues. I’ve been doing MONTHS of opk’s and never getting a “peak” just a “almost almost positive”. We will see a fertility specialist beginning of next year if we don’t become pregnant then.... I am so frustrated!! What else can I do? I know clomid, metformin and letrozole/ but we will do that end of year. I can’t tell if i’m ovulating, It seems impossible to track. Idk what else to do.

Suggestions? Advise? Tips?
