28wk movement

28wks today! A week ago baby has been kicking and moving a ton, this past week not much, or very very light. He moved quite a bit last night after hardly moving during the day, and then today I didn’t feel kicks just some random hard spots like he was pushing his body out or something and some very low like pelvic movement.. when should I be concerned?? I have an appointment on Tuesday.
