Trying to conceive after loss

Hi guys I’m 26 with pcos me and my husband was trying to conceive for over a year before I was finally diagnosed with pcos I was given metformin and prenatal vitamins along with using preseed we conceived with our baby girl October of 2020 March 7th 2021 at 19 weeks My water broke she was delivered alive but the doctors said they won’t help her stay alive because she was too premature now we are trying again and I feel like we missed our shot I did everything like last time and still no positive test the metformin and preseed worked the first time using it with my first pregnancy I’m just so discouraged what else can I do to help me conceive
