Breastfeeding advice please!! 🥺

I’m desperate.

My right nipple hurts so bad

It’s like the first days all over again but at 6 months postpartum.

My baby nurses the most on the right side.

I don’t have a large supply so I barely ever get clogged, rare!

There’s a bump on the bottom of my nipple that is hard to the touch with a tiny little scab on it.

And it hurts all around it.

I’m crying nursing. Or even pumping.

Other breast is just fine no pain at all.

Any advice? Do I call my regular doctor, or my ob? Idk what to do.
