Anyone on here have the Owlet?

We’ve been using the owlet for 3 months and we love it! But I woke up this morning and peeked at the app and the sock wasn’t connected. It said “searching for base”. So I exited out of the app and went back into it and it took a few seconds but we finally got readings. Then they disappeared again and it keeps saying “connecting...” but never connects. I’ve gotten on the app to chat with someone from customer service but I guess because it’s so early no one is online at the moment. We even tried unplugging the base and putting it back in. We’ve never had this problem before but I don’t like it obviously. It was pretty pricey (which I don’t mind paying) so I want it to work..

anyone else have this problem or know a solution? Or is it the app itself? The camera is working fine but not getting readings from the sock. Also it’s not alerting me that we’re not getting readings which is weird.
