Help me please

TMI/ MAY BE TRIGGERING. does anyone relate to this situation? or is it just AF arriving really early.. I woke up this morning and excessive amounts of blood hit puddles onto the floor.. I thought this was weird because 1. My last period was May 17-21st.. so why would I get another period not even a full 20 days after my last cycle.. and my period was 15 days early.. I’m on my first round of pre conception pills but I don’t think multivitamins can cause irregular periods after reading on it.. I woke up this morning and the same thing happened but it followed up with vomiting.. and i am not a puker! If anyone has any comments or recommendations like get into a doctor lmk asap because my mind is battling me. When I really thought I had it this cycle !!
