Need help increasing milk flow again

I went from making 3 to 4 oz like two bottles a day since march to now only making not even an oz this month and getting frustrated because i don’t know why. I am trying to stay low stress as possible but obviously not doing a good job at it. I tried pumping and staying on the pump for like an hour but not really producing alot when i check to see if any is in the bottle so its harder to make 1 bottle.
