What were your pre-eclampsia symptoms?(worried)

I just got back my lab results that I have protein in my urine(of 30) and I don’t recall having any in the past tests. (I’m 36 weeks pregnant btw) I’ve been getting headaches and the very out of breath/rapid heart beat. I’m a little worried and I’ve never had high blood pressure but I haven’t checked it in like 2 weeks. I have an appointment with my OB in two days but I’m afraid she will be very dismissive of it since she looks like she is like that. Could this just be normal pregnancy symptoms or could it be more than that?? How did you know you had pre-eclampsia? I’m thinking of checking mine at home soon but If my blood pressure isn’t high does it mean I 100% don’t have it and shouldn’t worry??
