How to rest with a little one?

I’m so sleepy when the afternoon comes. My little one goes to nursery in the morning but in the afternoon is with me and now I’m so tired in the afternoon I just want nap but I can’t obviously I have to look after him and take him to the park etc... how do you all manage?

Nap with your little one or try to rest when your little one is away each day.

I nap when my toddler does her afternoon nap/quiet time

Sometimes I would put a movie on and nap on the couch while holding my to toddler so I would know she wasn’t getting into anything.

I do coffee in the morning and the afternoon around 1 or 2 pm and that is what keeps me going all day with my 3 yr old and 6 month old 😴

Lol you just do.  It’s part of being a parent.  You’re tired but you get through it
