Help! Second pregnancy

I had preterm labor starting at 26 weeks with my first pregnancy. With meds and bed rest I didnt deliver until 37 weeks. I very much know what contractions feels like.

I am 13 weeks and have been uncomfortable all day. I know I'm a little dehydrated cause we had a emergency in the family yesterday and I didn't hydrate like I should.

I swear I felt a contraction earlier. It only lasted about 30 seconds but it felt just like one.

Google isn't helping.

Is it possible to have Braxton hicks at 13 weeks? Anybody else dealt with this?
