Losing weight after baby.
So I'm only 30 weeks still and 4 days. However I'd like to have a plan for after I have this baby, i wasnt happy with my weight before i got pregnant. I was 150-160 I think. I'm now 174 I believe..
What helped you guys bounce back after a baby? I've heard things about the waist trainer or something but wasnt sure if it even worked. I just wanna get healthy for my kids and look better overall. I was losing weight and content about a year or two ago and then I gained it back and now I'm just highly unhappy with myself. I mean nothing I can do right now cause I'm pregnant but after I'd like to. Suggestions please. ♡
