Has anyone on here died after giving birth to their child?

I'm only asking because on May,21,2019 I had an emergency csection and died after giving birth to my daughter.

I was gone for 10 mins. I had major memory loss and I was in the hospital for 2 weeks but only remember the last 2 days..... The doctors finally explained to me saying I had amniotic fluid in my blood stream and the was suprised I even lived.

I'm trying to find people who have been through similar circumstances.
