HELP WITH FACE RASH

We have tried Baby Eucerin, Aveeno Baby, breast milk, and Earth Mama lotion.

My baby still breaks out! Any advice?

I bought some Vaseline and hydrocortisone. The Vaseline cleared up the eczema on his arm after it shed. His face is slowly improving with the Vaseline. Pediatrician says that use hydrocortisone on the affected parts on his face if it doesn’t work as effective. We got a medication for his discomfort in eating and they want me to totally eliminate dairy and potentially soy 🥲

Does anyone have a good food reference that I can use to add to my must-eat list?
