Mucus Plug? I’m currently 25W+4 Is it normal to have this much mucus discharge? It’s bigger than it looks in the picture, but I’m a first time mom and just want to make sure it’s normal.

Yes it’s normal. You’ll lose bits of your plug throughout pregnancy but it will regenerate.

As long as it isn't really bloody theres no need to worry. You'll lose pieces and it'll regrow throughout your pregnancy. If you have some come out and its bloody, still don't panic, but give your Healthcare provider a call and let them know and see if they want to check you out.

Its really common to loose bits of your plug.  If you feel like your loosing your "water" or cramping / Braxton Hicks becomes stronger and or becomes consstant I would contact your care provider immediately.  But its always good to mention this to your care team just so they are aware and know.  Its better that they have to much info than not enough

It's totally normal to lose part of your plug. When I was pregnant this last time with my 2nd I told my OB about it and at the time I was about 37wks. He said it doesn't necessarily mean anything because it regenerates. He was right about that because when I had my last OB appt a couple weeks later, which was on my due date, my cervix wasnt even open enough for him to strip my membranes. I was so over being pregnant at that point. 
I wouldnt be too concerned unless you start losing fluid along with that and/or start having regular contractions. But if it's just part of the plug with nothing else going on I wouldn't worry about it too much.

I had this a few nights ago when I was 24+2 I think. So far everything seems fine and it only happened that one time.
