Got to see my dr today

Last Wendesday I had my orientation with the nurse, Friday I had my ultrasound, at the time she said the baby was measuring 7 weeks 1 day. My dr said since that's only 3 days behind my due date with my LMP well keep that first due date of January 17th (rather than the 20th). I was actually late to my appointment because I got sick this morning trying to take my thyroid medicine. 😒 luckily, shes always running behind so even though I was 15 minutes late they didn't even take me back until 30 minutes after my appointment time. My dr said since I was a little early she didn't want to try to find the heartbeat, but she told me we'd get the hard stuff out of the way and we did a pap smear. I love her bedside manner because she made sure to show me and explain the bleeding I was having/going to have was because of what she had to do. I'm starting to finally feel at ease with all this.
