Is this normal, or diarrhea or possibly a sign of a cow milk intolerance or allergy? Ebf baby, 5 weeks old and does seem to spit up more frequently. But the stool doesnt really have a smell, maybe a sweet smell like Greek yogurt. We have a pediatrician appointment tomorrow. separate stools on how they differ. From last night to this morning.
