Long hot shower
I had one of the hardest longest days yesterday So I came home and took a long hot shower and it felt so good!
And then immediately I got out and worried 😦 am I allowed to do that. Does this harm the baby.
I’m 10 weeks 1 day.
Yesterday I had 2 full blood panels done with 14 vials taken while fasting. And went to 3 of my sons sports activities. I just needed help to relax 😭🥺
