To my single moms, how did you handle&cope with the every 2-3 hr feeding?

I just had my daughter about a week ago & im also single so I’m having to do everything alone . I’m so exhausted 💤 . I understand this stage doesn’t last forever. I just need some insight on how you other single moms handled it. It’s to the point where I’m missing meals and could only squeeze in maybe one snack a day.

Are you bottle or breast feeding?  If bottle feeding have the bottles of water waiting with however much your kid drinks in a feed keep the lights off get a night light so you can see without bright lights so baby don't get woke up all the way (do the same light thing even if breastfeeding too) and make the bottle when the kiddo gets up so you don't have to get up and leave the area keep it all quiet and chill do a diaper change if needed and then once you get baby down again get up and grab a snack or something easy get a drink and go to the bathroom if needed  and then pass out lol that's what I did when I could sometimes she just had bad nights where she would wake anytime I laid her down so I just had to deal with it for a bit until she fell back into a sort of schedule.
