I’m due in October and just wondering what the best car seat is to buy for your newborn. I’m a first time mom and I don’t wanna buy a shitty one

If it’s on the market to purchase, it’s passed federal regulations for safety. Personally, we loved our Chicco Keyfit 30 and used it with both kids.

They’re all safe. But the ease of use, features, weight, etc will vary by brand. Find out what features you want, then go from there. Do you want a travel system? You can take car seat out and pop it straight into stroller.

I Love our Nuna Pipa with RX base! We’ve been using it since birth, and now my son is 9 months old. 
My baby is always comfy in it, his head doesn’t fall onto his chest, even on a 7 hour drive my then 6 month old was comfy and safe.

So I JUST discovered I don’t love my Graco 4Ever compared to some others because there are gaps in the cushioning so if I let my toddler eat snacks which is kind of hard not to, they fall in between the cushions into the cracks of the car seat, some of which are impossible to get out. So I officially for my second am getting a car seat with one cover that comes on and off and has no gaps. That will make my quality of life so much better lol.
