Dry vag ( really embarrassing)

This is really embarrassing for me to even post but ok there are some people on her whose already had children. My bf lives states away so we visit each other occasionally last time I was here my sex drive was high and I had no problem getting wet or even not hurting. But I’m back again and my vag seems super sensitive he wasn’t rough at all but it got swollen and it started to hurt I looked it up on google lol ik bad it says Low progesterone and says I won’t carry to full term any advice or suggestions? I’m also 26 weeks
