Help a girl without judgement please

A long long time ago I found out I was pregnant ended in abortion at 15 weeks. Now happily having a baby and only a little over 10 weeks but I'm already showing like really showing and my doc was shocked I'm showing too.

I see all these woman who say they show early with second pregnancy but would that actually relate to some one like me? Also I'm a very small person short short torso and all. My first pregnancy wasnt anywhere like this plus I didnt know till like 2 weeks before my decision.
